Vaedehi Kharya

English is an artful subject, especially when it comes to timelessly nuanced
plays by Shakespeare or multi-layered lyrical poems and stories. It was truly
fun learning English with Vikram Sir and Kripa Ma’am. They turned grammar
rules into songs, gave us keyword tests to check our retention of the text,
provided prelim papers from other schools for extra practice, and solved our
doubts every single time with constant encouragement and enthusiasm, even
at the last minute, with the ‘There 4 U’ helpline. Sir and Ma’am’s fun and
vibrant style of teaching, filled with jokes, laughter, and productive learning,
made each class feel refreshing. My confidence in the subject drastically
improved after joining VEA, and I am extremely grateful to Ma’am and Sir.

Dhruvi Jasani

Looking back at my journey with Vikram’s English Academy, I can honestly say
that it has been one of the most enriching learning experiences for me and
both of them have guided me at every step.
I never felt hesitant to ask doubts because they were always approachable and
ready to help. The study material was extremely comprehensive, and the
regular tests, MCQs, revision sessions, keyword tests, Musical Grammar, and
prelim papers from different schools exposed me to a variety of question
patterns, helping me feel confident and well-prepared for the Board Exams.
The 24-hour Helpline before the exams was truly reassuring. Knowing that help
was always available for last-minute doubts made a huge difference.
Vikram’s English Academy didn’t just help me improve in English—it taught me
discipline, consistency, confidence, and how to approach exams smartly.
Thank you for your hard work, patience, and dedication. I will always be
grateful to have been your student. ❤️

From discipline to interactive and fun lessons, VEA had it all. I have been a part
of Vikram’s English Academy since 8th standard. The group activities
conducted during classes helped in building my thought process while writing
an essay. Kripa ma’am made Haunted Houses fun, if you get the irony ;).
Vikram sir explained each and every line of Julius Caesar with great passion and
turned one of the most difficult parts of Literature into the most memorable
and humorous ones. I still have all the lines etched in my mind due to the
keyword tests conducted every lecture. Kripa ma’am showing her nephew’s
photos to show the narrator’s expressions made the class burst out with
laughter. VEA not only helped me academically but also showed that even if
you don’t get what you want, life will always give you a second chance which                                                maybe the best for you. Kripa ma’am had to face one of the toughest battles
this year (loss of her father) yet she showed up to teach us. Such teachers are
rare to find. Both the teachers have put such great passion and determination
in teaching English with love that they made us fall in love with English. The
small key points in understanding the two perspectives of a line in TC and JC
along with practicing papers from different schools of Mumbai have paved the
way to achieving the results I have gotten today. I will miss you DJ Vikram sir
and Tingu ma’am. VEA was a true ‘milestone’ indeed.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Vikram Sir and Kripa Ma’am at
Vikram’s English Academy for making my English learning journey truly
memorable. Vikram Sir’s classes never felt boring. Whether it was Language or
Julius Caesar, he had a unique way of making every lesson fun, engaging and
entertaining. His enthusiasm made us look forward to every class. Kripa Ma’am
simplified even the most complex poems and stories with ease. She made
Literature easy to understand and appreciate, helping us discover meanings
and perspectives we might have otherwise missed. Both Sir and Ma’am
constantly encouraged me and showed great confidence in my abilities. Both
of them are not only exceptional teachers but also incredibly cool,
approachable and supportive mentors. Their belief in me motivated me to
work harder and perform better. Achieving an average score of 99 in English is
something I am extremely proud of and it would not have been possible
without their guidance, encouragement and unwavering support.
I am truly thankful and feel fortunate to have had teachers like them. I couldn’t
have asked for better mentors and I will always be grateful for the impact they
have had on my academic journey.

I would like to thank Vikram Sir and Kripa Ma’am for their unwavering support
and guidance throughout my English learning journey. When I joined the
classes, English felt like a subject that required endless memorization and
practice. However, the way concepts were taught, made everything much
easier to understand and remember. Every lesson was engaging, interactive,
and filled with practical tips that helped me improve both my language and
literature skills. What stood out the most was the constant support provided
throughout the year. Whether it was clearing last-minute doubts, reviewing
answers, or motivating us before exams, the teachers were always                                            approachable and encouraging. Their dedication gave me the confidence to
perform my best.

Hazel Jino

I sincerely thank Vikram Sir and Kripa Ma’am for their unwavering support and
dedication throughout the last two years. Their teaching went far beyond the
textbook. Every topic was explained in depth through thorough research, and
their unique approach to grammar made even complex concepts easy to
remember effortlessly, rather than feeling difficult or overwhelming. The
regular grammar and tense exercises strengthened my confidence, while the
academy’s website, featuring questions and answers from multiple schools,
provided excellent practice. What truly made the difference was the way they
connected lessons with real-life experiences, making every class engaging and
helping us grow not only academically but also as confident communicators
and thoughtful individuals. Vikram’s Academy is a place where learning goes
beyond academics, inspiring students to think, communicate, and excel with
confidence. Wishing Vikram’s Academy continued excellence and success in
the years ahead.

Maitreyi Joshi

I am truly grateful to Vikram Sir and Kripa Ma’am for making my journey of
learning English so memorable. One of the things I appreciated the most was
the rapport we shared with Kripa Ma’am. She was always easy to talk to and
patiently solved all our doubts. She could light up even the dullest classroom
and make lectures fun with her jokes and stories. Sir and Ma’am connected
with us and made even the most absurd incidents from the stories relatable,
either by sharing their personal experiences or by reminding us of some of
ours. It was the only class where I didn’t check the time every ten minutes
because Sir and Ma’am kept us so amused and engaged that we never realized
how quickly the lecture ended. Vikram Sir made Julius Caesar so easy that, as
he spoke and explained, we were able to visualize the scenes. I may forget the
lyrics of my favourite song, but I will never forget the dialogues from Julius
Caesar, especially from Acts 3 and 5, because of the keyword tests and the
charades game. The grammar songs made confusing rules super easy to
understand and remember. The biggest improvement I could see in my English
was in my writing skills. I developed an interest in writing because of the fun
essay group activities Sir conducted and the discussions about numerous
possible plots in every essay. I am grateful to them not only for their guidance
in English AND in important decisions to take after 10th(Milestone) , but also
for making me more outgoing and confident through the group activitiesconducted and the rule of sitting with different peers in every class. They supported us till the very last moment by solving all our last-minute doubts, regardless of the spammed chats on WhatsApp group, and calming us down
before our first board exam. I will surely miss both of them a lot.

Learning English with Kripa ma’am and Vikram sir wasn’t just about studying
English or memorizing poems and essays. They taught me how to interpret,
appreciate, and love English not only as a subject but also as a language. Their
unique, fun, and humorous teaching methods helped me a lot during my entire
10th grade and board exams. Vikram sir’s self-remixed songs made language
lessons enjoyable, while Kripa ma’ms humorous way of teaching, with her
personal touch of jokes, made the classroom a place where we could have fun,
share, and learn at the same time. Their 24/7 helpline greatly reduced the
pressure I felt before the board exams, as they would answer even the
smallest doubts within minutes, right up until we entered the exam hall. Under
their guidance, and with the tests, MCQs, and notes they provided, I was able
to ace my English exams and make it my strongest subject. More than just
teachers, Kripa ma’am and Vikram sir inspired me to see English as a language
to enjoy, appreciate, and confidently excel in.

Lara Thakkar

When I first joined these classes, I never imagined that English would become
one of my favourite subjects. Julius Caesar, in particular, seemed far too
difficult to understand, and scoring 100 in literature felt completely out of
reach. However, Vikram Sir and Kripa Ma’am transformed that fear into
confidence through their exceptional teaching. Every lecture was an
experience in itself. From learning through songs with our very own “DJ VK” to
playing charades by guessing dialogues, the classes were lively and interactive.
What made the learning even more effective were the Keyword Tests, which
motivated us to read every act thoroughly. Ma’am’s habit of explaining
Treasure Chest and helping us visualise every scene made us feel as though we
were living the story rather than simply reading it. The support extended far
beyond the classroom. Every time I read my essays aloud, Sir and Ma’am
patiently corrected even the smallest grammatical mistakes and encouraged
me to express my ideas more effectively. The Milestone Lecture was another
unforgettable experience that inspired me to believe in myself and work
harder than ever before.
As the examinations approached, their dedication became even more evident.
The last-minute practice sessions, the 24-hour helpline for every little doubt or                                  panic, and the heartwarming surprise of Sir and Ma’am visiting our school to
wish us luck before the exam reflected how deeply they cared about each and
every student. I will always be grateful to Vikram Sir, Kripa Ma’am, and the
entire team—not just for helping me achieve a score I once thought was
impossible, but for making every class meaningful, memorable, and truly
enjoyable. Thank you for all the support and love!

“All the world’s a stage” and you have shown us how to find our voice upon it
each day.
You taught us that “To thine own self be true,”                                                                                                          A lesson of wisdom that carries us through.
When grammar seemed a stormy sea,
Your guidance helped us learn with glee.
“What’s in a name?” the Bard once said,
Yet your influence fills every page we’ve read.
With patience, passion, and thoughtful care,
You helped us dream, create, and dare.
So with grateful hearts, I proudly say,
Thank you for lighting our literary way.
As I feel sad thinking about when we shall meet again,
in thunder lightning or in rain,
Until then
let English be the food of love, and let us
Play again.
Vikram’s English Academy has been truly helpful for my ICSE journey. There are
many key features in the academy that makes it more than a regular tuition.
The intensive care put into the student’s education, makes it clear while the
name of the academy stands heads and shoulders above the rest. For example,
The KWTs, are a novel feature, which allows the student to remember
essential Julius Caesar keywords with ease. Their extensive and regular tests
always kept the students on time with syllabus completion. The energy of the
teachers always made the journey much easier, and clearer. More than a
simple tuition, Vikram’s served as a guide, teaching valuable life lessons. The
role of Vikram’s in academics can’t be denied, but their role in the general
development of the child is oft overlooked. Vikram’s teaches us to let English
be the food of love, and to let, merrily play again.

VEA showed me that even the driest topics can be made fun to learn. I’ll
always remember Vikram Sir’s unique and engaging way of teaching grammar.
The little songs, mnemonics, and examples he used made every concept feel so
much simpler.
Kripa Ma’am had her own way of making the toughest chapters in Treasure
Chest feel effortless. I still remember feeling completely lost reading The
Pedestrian in school, but when Ma’am broke it down with her presentation,
images, and videos, everything finally clicked.
Personally, VEA helped me the most with Julius Caesar. Sir didn’t just explain it
perfectly, he made me fall in love with the story. He helped me appreciate the
beauty of Shakespeare’s wordplay, something even some of our school
teachers sometimes missed.
We all know 10th grade can feel overwhelming. In that chaos, VEA made sure
English was never a concern. At the time I didn’t fully grasp how valuable the
Grammar Hammers, KWTs, and practice worksheets on the website would be,
but they made a huge difference. By the end of grade 10, I was genuinely
confident in my grammar and comfortable with every chapter, thanks to all the
pre-prelims, pre-boards, and OPPs we worked through in class.
What makes this class special is that Sir and Ma’am went beyond English. They
shared crucial life lessons too. They were mentors who guided us through
every step and kept us motivated.
I can confidently say they played a major part in the result I achieved, and I’m
glad I chose to join VEA.

Learning English with Sir and Mam was more than just preparation for an exam—it was a masterclass in storytelling, expression, and analysis. Their teaching brought clarity, energy, and humour to topics that once seemed daunting. Vikram Sir, with his musical grammar, made even tenses sound entertaining. His grammar sessions were never dry or repetitive—instead, they came alive with relatable examples, catchy tricks, and a good dose of laughter. And when we explored Julius Caesar, his storytelling made history and drama feel as real and intense as any modern-day thriller. Kripa Ma’am had a way of making short stories and poems actually make sense. She explained everything so clearly—from the hidden messages in poems to the twist endings in stories—that even the trickiest lines started to click. From debating ideas in class to getting personalized feedback, both of them created a space that was as intellectually stimulating as it was supportive.

This wasn’t just a class where we learned grammar rules or Literature, it was a space where we truly grew. They didn’t just teach us; they brought the subject to life through lively debates and creative writing prompts.” Teachers who love teaching teach children to love learning.” is a quote which aptly describes Vikram sir and Kripa ma’am.

Vikram Sir, your energy, creative teaching style, and those unforgettable DJ VK sessions made learning English surprisingly fun and easy to grasp. You always knew how to keep us focused and motivated. Kripa Ma’am, your calm guidance and clear explanations made a huge difference—especially when things got confusing or stressful. The way you both worked together gave us the best of both worlds: energy and clarity. You didn’t just teach—you inspired. You pushed us, guided us, and stood by us like

Joining VEA was one of the best academic decisions I made. Scoring 98 in English wasn’t just about effort — it was about focused, smart, and strategic learning, which this academy truly delivered. Here teaching goes far beyond regular classroom coaching. From musical grammar sessions that made concepts unforgettable, to school prelims paper-solving that prepared us for every possible question style, every aspect was thoughtfully curated. The MCQ drills, revision marathons, doubt-clearing sessions, keyword tests, and personal feedback after every answer really helped sharpen both my writing and analytical skills. I’ll always be grateful for the dedication, creativity, and heart that this place puts into each student. It played a big role in helping me achieve my dream result.

I want to thank Sir and Ma’am for helping me in my journey of writing the English board exam. The trail was rough but having good teachers made all the difference. By the end of the academic year, Vikram Sir’s lectures had made a challenging drama like Julius Caesar a breeze for me. He constantly maintained his enthusiasm and interest in the lectures. Because of Kripa Mam’s entertaining teaching style, I was very thorough with the proses and poetries from Treasure Chest. This is the best English class you will ever find!

When I joined in 8th, I never thought I could get so emotionally connected to a place. I’ve always been of the talkative kind but I was the quietest here paying attention to every single word. The keyword tests, the mock papers, the focused MCQ practice, all of it made me feel prepared in a way no textbook ever could. Thank you for teaching me with clarity and care that made me want to listen, not just because I had to,but because I wanted to. It’s really rare to nd a place that leaves such a lasting mark, not just on the report card, but on everyone’s heart.

At the start of the year, when I had a fracture and could barely sit properly I was given a more comfortable chair. They never once made me feel like I was falling behind. That small gesture said everything about the kind of place VEA is; not just a classroom, but a safe, caring space where students truly matter. English Grammar used to be one of my weakest subjects but you taught us everything from the very basics & I went from getting below 65 in Language to getting 98. I remember there were more than 200 queries from my batch alone ; answered during ‘There 4 U’ helpline. You’ve built something special & I feel lucky to have been a part of it.

Even though the syllabus was changed for our batch, Sir and Mam did an outstanding job preparing notes in a short span of time and explaining the concepts with great clarity. Our portion was completed well in advance — months before the board exams — giving us ample time to practise for the English Language paper. The keyword tests for Julius Caeser really helped me remember the lines and sequence of the play, and the Grammar Hammer was equally effective.

The concepts were explained with so much clarity, and the songs Sir created for grammar topics were surprisingly unforgettable! Who would’ve thought those tunes would still be stuck in my head? “There for you” helpline genuinely lived up to its name. The way everything was structured, from revision sessions to prelim paper-solving from different schools was very effective. They didn’t just teach; they trained us like warriors for the battlefield that was the board exam. And the Helpline? Just Wow. I don’t think any other coaching place would genuinely have such quick, caring, and patient doubt-solving at all hours. Whether it was late-night panic or last-minute grammar goof-ups, someone was always there.

I am at a complete loss of words because what an incredible journey it was! Something that I will remember forever is the way Sir used to bring Julius Caesar alive for us, the way he made us read between the lines and the depth with which he explained every dialogue and emotion. We almost believed that Shakespeare was himself in the room narrating his masterpiece to us.

Vikram Sir and Kripa Ma’am have made something happen for me that I could not even have dreamt in the wildest of my dreams. I was struggling with both English subjects. Kripa Ma’am gave many innovative ideas for essays and letters, and so did Sir. Vikram Sir made us solve so many exercises of grammar that the Language Board Exam’s Q5 became a cakewalk.

Anyone who knows what a ‘class’ is, will surely be in for a surprise after they join VEA. Ater being a student of Vikram Sir and Kripa ma’am for 2 years, I realised that it was a transformation, improving my academics as well as personality. Both are masters of their craft and invoked true love for English in my heart. ‘There 4 U’ helped me get my doubts cleared even after midnight right before the board exam! I believe that there are no other teachers that do this and I’m so grateful to have had teachers as th passionate and reliable as them. Milestone Session inspired 10 Grade students to not only face the Board exam,
but also life itself. The session changed my outlook on various topics and equipped me with a mental model for facing life in the modern world.

Vikram Sir and Kripa Ma’am are a dynamic duo who taught English not just as a subject to study, but as a language to master — not just for a year’s results, but for a lifetime. The past three years have been filled with fun, laughter, and learning. My journey at VEA has been extremely wonderful and memorable. The 24 hour helpline where Vikramjit Sir and Kripa Ma’am where constantly replying to all the doubts was honestly a very big help to all of us. All the lectures where more like less of lectures and more of fun, interactive classes where studying and enjoyment were together side by side and it was a totally wonderful experience studying these 2 years with Vikramjeet Sir and Kripa Ma’am. The notes were compiled in a very simple format and were very self- explanatory where just reading notes for the exams was totally enough.

As we entered Grade 9, we suddenly had to study a play by William Shakespeare – who wrote words like ‘thou’ and ‘thee’ and I didn’t even know what those words meant. I had feared this would be difficult as it was different, but that’s when Vikram Sir came to the rescue! I found myself well versed with the play, speaking the words I feared quite fearlessly- I enjoyed the Merchant of Venice utterly. Treasure trove had always been my favourite, with it’s moving stories but when taught with Kripa Ma’am’s sense of humour and on-the-spot enactment- it felt like home, like a comfort book. I feel that most students underestimated Grammar but VEA made us realise that it was one of the most important subjects. I regret to compare it to Math, but- Grammar too needed logic, practice and a good knowledge of the rules. The only difference I observe is that I enjoyed Grammar in VEA- all credits to Vikram Sir with his puns and musical grammar- which made it easier to remember! There were constant exams based on the topics covered in class which helped reduce the load during the school prelims and the Boards. Endless study material: MCQs, Last Minute Revision sheets, doubt clearing sessions, various schools’ prelims papers drove me to 99/100 in English Language and Literature. The Key Word Tests were a great addition, which worked upon the most common error made by students- missing keywords in our answers. A few months before the Boards, we had a Milestone lecture which prepared us for what was to come, for the metaphorical ‘tomorrow’ of our lives. Even now, I have the Literature books preserved, with my annotations and notes, and the invaluable, fond memories we made at VEA.
